The RI-LAVO ST-206DPFL, part of the CEVRIN line, is a 206-litre ultrasonic cleaning tank designed for industrial applications requiring high power, reliability, and integrated load-handling and cleaning solutions.

 

This model features a pneumatic lift platform, making basket loading and unloading faster, safer, and less labor-intensive, while reducing the risk of damage to delicate components. The oil filtration system with activated carbon filter and oil skimmer keeps the cleaning solution cleaner for longer, improving washing efficiency and reducing the frequency of fluid replacement.

 

Operating at 28 kHz with 42 high-efficiency industrial ceramic transducers, it delivers 2,520W of nominal ultrasonic power, supported by a 6,000W heating system with adjustable thermostat (30–110°C). The sloped bottom and ball-valve drain ensure quick emptying and easy maintenance.

 

The dual external digital generators allow power adjustment (1–100%), Pulse mode, and a timer up to 60 minutes or continuous operation. All components are designed for heavy-duty industrial use, supporting up to 24 hours of continuous operation.
