The RI-LAVO ST-308DP from the CEVRIN series is a heavy-duty 308-litre ultrasonic cleaning tank, built for large-scale industrial applications that demand continuous, intensive performance. Equipped with dual separate generators and advanced ceramic industrial transducers, it delivers deep, uniform cleaning even on complex mechanical parts.

 

Operating at 28 kHz with 60 high-efficiency transducers and a total ultrasonic power of 3,600 W, the ST-308DP ensures powerful cavitation to remove dirt, grease, and contaminants from every surface. Its robust heating system (10,000 W), with an adjustable thermostat (30–110 °C), operates independently from the cleaning function, ensuring optimal temperatures for every application.

 

The inclined tank bottom and flow-control drainage valve simplify emptying and cleaning while preventing residue buildup. Built entirely in 2.0 mm acid-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel and welded in an argon atmosphere, the tank guarantees durability and corrosion resistance.

 

The two separate digital generators offer adjustable power (1–100 %), Pulse Mode, a programmable timer (up to 60 minutes or continuous mode), and an intuitive interface. Heavy-duty swivel casters with brakes and lateral handles make handling and positioning effortless.
