Industrial Large Ultrasonic Tank – ST-467VP

The RI-LAVO ST-467VP is the largest model in the CEVRIN series, delivering exceptional ultrasonic cleaning capacity for heavy-duty industrial applications. With an impressive 467-litre tank, three integrated generators and 84 high-performance ceramic transducers, it ensures deep and uniform cleaning even for oversized and complex components.

 

Operating at 28 kHz with a total ultrasonic power of 5,040W and a heating system of 12,000W, the ST-467VP generates intense cavitation to remove dirt, grease, and stubborn residues from the most inaccessible areas. The heating function, adjustable from 0–80°C, can operate independently of the cleaning cycle for maximum flexibility. The sloped tank bottom and flow-control drainage valve ensure efficient emptying and easier tank cleaning.

The three integrated digital generators allow precise power control (1–100%), Pulse mode for enhanced cavitation, and a programmable timer up to 99 minutes or continuous mode.

Built for 24/7 operation, the tank structure is made from acid-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel with argon welding for maximum durability.
